Remake Intergrade Includes New Episode, Graphics, And More

Square Enix has announced Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, a new DLC expansion for the PlayStation 5 version of the game. The DLC will include a new episode featuring Yuffie Kisaragi, as well as a number of graphical and performance improvements.

The new episode, titled "Episode INTERmission", will follow Yuffie as she infiltrates Midgar to steal the Shinra Electric Power Company's ultimate materia. The episode will feature new locations, enemies, and bosses, as well as a new combat system that utilizes Yuffie's unique throwing stars and shurikens.

In addition to the new episode, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will also include a number of graphical and performance improvements. The game will now run at 60 frames per second, and will feature improved textures, lighting, and effects. The game will also support the PlayStation 5's DualSense controller, which will provide haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will be released on June 10th, 2021. The DLC will be free for those who already own the PlayStation 4 version of the game, and will cost $19.99 for those who do not.
